Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping with All That Glitterz by Ashleigh. We take pride in creating unique, handcrafted, and personalised items made with care and attention to detail. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Personalised & Custom Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Please double-check all spellings, colours, and design choices before confirming your order — we cannot be held responsible for customer errors once an order has been placed.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
You’ll need to email: glitterzbyashleigh@gmail.com with the following:

Your order number

Photos or video of the damage/fault

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
3. Postage Costs & Liability

Customers are responsible for all postage costs when returning items that are not faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service when sending returns, as All That Glitterz by Ashleigh is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

If a replacement or refund is approved for a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the return postage cost or provide a prepaid returns label where possible.

Original shipping costs (paid at checkout) are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not yet begun.
After this time, cancellations are not possible due to the personalised nature of our items.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, you will need to place a new order once your refund (if applicable) has been processed.
6. Lost or Missing Parcels
We use trusted couriers and always provide tracking information where possible.
All That Glitterz by Ashleigh cannot be held responsible for parcels once they are marked as delivered by the courier.
