✨ Processing Time

  • All items are handmade to order.

  • Please allow up to 8 weeks for your order to be created, personalised, and prepared for shipping.

  • During busy periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer – but we promise it’s worth the wait! 💖

🚚 Shipping Options

  • UK Standard Shipping – Tracked delivery via Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, or InPost (estimated 2-3  working days once dispatched).

💎 Delivery Information

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout – we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.

  • Once items are with the courier, delivery times are outside of our control.

  • Couriers are selected based on the fastest and most reliable option for your area.

🌍 International Orders

  • Currently, we only ship within the UK. If you’re outside the UK and would love a glittery creation, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!

  • As all items are handmade, slight variations may occur – this is part of what makes your order unique.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll be happy to help resolve it.
